U/S Turns 1 | Birthday Celebrations!
Unique State is officially turning one and we would love to celebrate with you! During the celebrations we will launch: U/S Inaugural Print Exchange, In Our Backyard: Marketplace Mural Display & summer programs, workshops and exhibitions.

About the event
To celebrate our 1st Birthday we will have two exhibitions on display:
Unique State’s Inaugural Print Exchange
A folio of prints by 15 U/S artists who have responded to the theme Celebrate. This is a collection of local and national printmakers who have played an integral role since our launch in 2022.
Marketplace Mural – In Our Backyard.
A pop-up display of the original works created by local artists, groups and individuals who have created work for the new Marketplace Kids Playground. The mural was curated, and workshops were facilitated by Elaine with artworks from 60 artists from after school classes, exhibiting artists and contributing organisations: The Art Factory, The Guthrie Collective, MLHD Hearing Voices Peer Group, Youth from Startts Wagga, Aspect Riverina School (Wagga Campus), The Leisure Company.
We will also be launching our summer programs, workshops and exhibitions including Press > Print > Play, a pilot program funded by Wagga City Council Annual Grants.
